Sharlene Poole presents a combination of her ‘Development stages and settling 4-12 months’ and ‘The value of routine for 4-12 months’ workshops – brought to you by Parenting Place.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Sharlene will have a one off workshop covering topics and points from her two workshops, now held online via zoom webinar.
After four months of age, babies go through some significant changes in their development; they find their hands, learn to roll, start on solid food and increase their awake time. All this can have an effect on the ability to settle to sleep well for their parents. Babies thrive on routine. Sharlene will demonstrate how settling a baby changes through these developmental changes and how to learn to establish healthy routines that will make life easier for the whole family.
