Research shows that one of the best things we can do to help our families thrive, is eat together. Unfortunately, it also shows that as a nation, we aren’t prioritising family dinner like we used to. We’re busier with work and other obligations, and tend to spend more time on our devices.
So on 3 November 2018, Parenting Place are launching New Zealand’s Whānau Dinner Night. One night in the year where families right around the country get together to connect, share stories and reinstate one of New Zealand’s favourite traditions. Let’s put family time back on the menu.
