Sheridan works with parents who are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions and challenging behaviour, especially when nothing they’ve tried seems to work. With experience in managing a range of conflicts, including technology, tantrums and differences in parenting styles, Sheridan helps parents develop shared, respectful approaches that are sustainable in everyday family life.
She has a particular interest in supporting families raising highly sensitive children. Sheridan guides parents to a deeper understanding of emotional intensity, offering responses that reduce escalation and build connection. Drawing on evidence‑informed frameworks, Sheridan focuses on realistic strategies that help parents feel more confident and less reactive while strengthening connection and building their child’s competence and resilience.

Kristin is especially passionate about supporting children to build resilience and independence in ways that suit their developmental stage. Her approach is evidence-informed, practical and relationship-focused. She helps parents step away from power struggles, strengthen connection and maintain clear, consistent boundaries. A Registered Social Worker, Kristin leads the Parent Coaching team.
