You must have a credit/debit card, with a valid billing address and be the authorised owner of the credit/debit card to purchase any products from our online store at www.parentingplace.nz.
Information about your purchase history can be found under your account in 'My Parenting Place' when you are logged on to the website.
We aim to dispatch store orders to you within the same business day or within 48 hours.

If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased from us, you may return them to us within seven days from the date of receipt, at your own cost. Returns are also accepted for wrong or faulty products received by you.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return of goods. Failure to provide us with this copy will constrain us from processing your return.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of goods that are in less than new condition. Goods will be returned to you via economy mail if they are not eligible for refund.
For successful returns:
By purchasing products from our online store, you are deemed to have agreed to these service terms without qualification. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you must not proceed with purchasing any goods from our website store.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service from time to time, by ensuring that the amended terms are made public on our website. If we have expressly agreed in writing to you of a variation in the above terms, these written terms will supersede the public terms of service.
