The mercury is rising and I’m quickly needing to adapt my parenting to these new, offensively Australian conditions. Plus, we’re getting to that stage of the school holidays where entertainment ideas are being scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Yesterday I put a sprinkler under the trampoline, then I filled up a paddling pool and put it next to the trampoline. And finally, I found an old piece of plastic and created the world’s shortest ever waterslide.
